Hygiene and Infection Control

We take every measure to provide treatments in a spotless and professionally presented environment while adhering to standard precautions to control any infection. Our commitment extends to compliance with the relevant regulations concerning skin penetration procedures. We also ensure that every client has easy access to a well-maintained toilet and bathroom facility.

  • A minimum of 30 minutes between appointments is allocated to attend to the following:

  • Replacing all towels, table coverings, hand towels, and other items used during a treatment for each client. These items are laundered by a professional service at temperatures exceeding 60 degrees.

  • Disinfecting touched surfaces, such as the treatment table, face cradle, door handles, oil bottles, the column heater, towel warmer, floor, table, doorbell, and more, between clients using Shieldme.

  • Thoroughly ventilating the treatment room with fresh air between clients, and maintaining the use of an air purifier within our clinic space.

  • Cleaning toilet and bathroom surfaces after each use with Shieldme.
